This project is a part of the Digital Media I coursework on Hybrid Workflows. 121 7th St currently is an empty lot, and in this project I am reappreciating this lot as a bookstore, cafe, and office space.

The bookstore is the most public program of the three, and it is located on the bottom floor. The cafe rests on top of the cafe, in order to have outdoor seating. Due to the private nature of office spaces, they are located above the lower levels.
