The Balkan Peninsula is obscured by the more visited Western Europe, but this region is an example of multiple cultures and styles living in coexistence. Moreover, it has incorporated the historical Ottoman architecture into its identity, carrying the typology of the Turkish Wooden House along with Byzantine Masonry constructions into the present day.
